Price / Period

• RRP: $1,900 (GST incl.)

• Promo (Pay‑in‑full): $1,190 (GST incl.) — available when paid in full during the sale window

• Promo (Split payment): $1,300 (GST incl.) — available when the booking fee is paid during the sale window; balance auto‑charged 7 days before the wedding

• Sale window: Wed 30 Jul–Wed 13 Aug 2025, 11:59pm AEST

• Eligible shoot dates: 2 Aug 2025–1 Aug 2026

• Limited to 10 couples total; max 1 couple per week (if your week is taken we’ll propose the nearest available week)

Payment Options (choose one)

• Option A — Pay‑in‑full (Promo): $1,190 in full → invoice auto‑cancels after 48 hours if unpaid

• Option B — Split (Promo): $650 non‑refundable booking fee + $650 balance

• Nature of the booking fee: The $650 fee reflects holding a one‑couple weekly slot and pre‑production setup (templates, music licensing, project prep, etc.) and is non‑refundable.

• Provisional hold upon booking‑fee payment → balance auto‑charged 7 days before the wedding (card pre‑authorised).

• If the auto‑charge fails: 24‑hour grace; then booking cancelled & slot released. The booking fee is not refundable or transferable.

Coverage

• 90 minutes continuous coverage, solo director / 2 cams (1 handheld + 1 locked‑off)

• One 3–4 minute cinematic highlight with licensed BGM, delivered via online link

• Cinematic colour grading & professional edit; one light revision (minor colour/text/crop tweaks)

Express (Next‑Day Promise)

• If total filmed ≤ 3 hours: highlight delivered by 11:59pm AEST the day after the wedding day (guaranteed)

• If total filmed > 3 hours: delivered within 72 hours (3 days)

• Music/style guide must be finalised 72 hours before the shoot (if not provided, the studio may decide to meet the next‑day promise)

Travel / On‑site

• 20 km from Ryde included

• 20–40 km: $50 / 40–60 km: $100 / 60–80 km: $150 / 80 km+: quoted

• Tolls & parking charged at cost (receipts); distance calculated via Google Maps fastest‑time route

• Drone option: flown only if legal/operational conditions (venue permission, weather, safety, regulations) are met; if not possible, the drone will not fly and the drone fee will not be charged

• Overtime $450/hr (1‑hour blocks, pre‑approved on site)

Cancellations / Changes (summary)

• Common (unforeseen major issues): If events outside our control occur (e.g., power or telecom outage, severe weather, significant venue delays), the next‑day promise is paused. We’ll notify you immediately and provide the earliest realistic delivery time.

• Option A (Pay‑in‑full): No refunds; one rebooking right within 3 months — same city/same coverage, within the eligible shoot‑date range, subject to availability.

• Option B (Split):

• Booking fee $650: non‑refundable (slot hold & pre‑production)

• ≥30 days prior: any paid balance converts to a 3‑month rebooking right (same city/coverage; one rebooking; subject to availability)

• <30 days prior: balance converts to a 3‑month rebooking right only if the slot is re‑sold; otherwise not rebookable

• ≤7 days prior / no‑show: booking fee retained; balance not rebookable

Studio‑Fault Delay Remedy

• If a studio fault causes us to miss the next‑day (11:59pm) promise, we will provide $100 credit or deliver with reasonable additional time after notice (choose one).

Add‑ons

• Second shooter / 3 cams: $350

• Pro audio: $150

• 4K mastering: $350

• Drone: $150 / 15 min (charged only if flown)

• Extra time: $450 / hour

Usage (short)

• Personal‑use licence included (home/SNS sharing). 

• Studio portfolio use permitted (please discuss in advance if sensitive).

Pricing Disclosure

• RRP $1,900 is our usual published price; $1,190 / $1,300 are two‑week promotional prices. No hidden fees (pre‑advised travel/parking/tolls may apply).

ACL Notice

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If our service does not meet the promised standard or timeframe, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy under the ACL.

• Limited to 10 couples total, 1 per week.

• Choose payment:

• Option A (Pay‑in‑full): $1,190 (GST incl.) due in full; invoice auto‑cancels after 48h if unpaid.

• Option B (Split): $650 non‑refundable booking fee + $650 balance. Balance auto‑charged 7 days before the wedding (pre‑authorised). If it fails, 24h grace, then booking cancelled & slot released; booking fee is not refundable or transferable.

• Coverage: 90‑min continuous / solo with 2 cams / one 3–4 min highlight (one light revision). If total filmed ≤3h, delivery by 11:59pm AEST the next day (otherwise within 72h).

• Cancellations/Changes:

• Option A: No refunds; one rebooking right within 3 months (same city/coverage, within eligible dates, subject to availability).

• Option B: Booking fee non‑refundable. ≥30 days prior: any paid balance becomes a 3‑month rebooking right. <30 days: balance rebookable only if the slot is re‑sold; otherwise not rebookable. ≤7 days/no‑show: balance not rebookable.
