The Essential is a tailored studio session — not a retail walk-in service. Every session, including your passport or ID photo, is directed individually with professional lighting. All bookings require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to be confirmed. For same-day or urgent requests, please contact us prior to booking.
The Essential은 즉석 촬영 매장이 아닌, 맞춤형 스튜디오 세션입니다. 여권·증명사진을 포함한 모든 세션은 전문 조명 아래 개별 연출로 진행됩니다. 모든 예약은 최소 48시간 전 접수되어야 컨펌이 가능합니다. 당일 또는 긴급 촬영이 필요하신 경우, 예약 전 먼저 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

Professional studio lighting. Your passport and ID photos are produced with no retouching or filters, in strict compliance with the passport photo guidelines of the relevant issuing country - including Australia, South Korea, New Zealand, and 70+ nations worldwide - printed on dye-sublimation, high-gloss, or relevant photographic paper.
Your session also includes one refined profile image - the same considered lighting, shaped into a portrait you'll actually want to use. We capture 20–50+ frames per session so you can choose the one that represents you best for the next ten years.

Compliance Guarantee
Every passport photo from The Moving Diary is produced to meet the official passport photo guidelines of the relevant issuing country, including Australian Passport Office, ICAO, and other national standards for over 70 countries.
If your photo is rejected due to a technical compliance issue (size, background, print quality), we will reshoot or reprint at no charge.
We ask that you obtain the specific reason for rejection in writing from the issuing authority so we can address it accurately.
This guarantee does not cover rejections due to significant changes in appearance after the session (e.g. cosmetic procedures, hairstyle changes), or non-standard decisions made at the discretion of individual officers unrelated to the photograph itself

기술적 규정 위반 사유(크기, 배경, 인화 품질)로 사진이 반려될 경우,무료로 재촬영 또는 재인화 해드립니다.
정확한 대응을 위해, 발급 기관으로부터 반려 사유를 서면으로 받아주시기 바랍니다.
촬영 이후 외모의 현저한 변화(성형, 헤어스타일 변경 등)로 인한 반려, 또는 사진 자체와 무관한 개별 담당자의 재량적 판단에 의한 반려는본 보증 대상에 포함되지 않습니다.

We produce passport and ID photos for Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and specifications for over 70 countries worldwide. If your passport is from another country, contact us in advance so we can confirm the correct size and background requirements.

Includes setup, shooting, on-site review, and print output (could take between 30mins - 2hrs mostly). We don't rush - the goal is a photo you're genuinely satisfied with.

Choose clothing in solid, neutral tones that contrast with the background.
Avoid pure white tops, large earrings, or accessories that may obscure your face or jawline. Light, natural makeup is fine.

Your digital file can be used for visa applications, online passport renewal, job applications, and other ID purposes.Resizing or format adjustments for specific requirements: from $10 per image.

You'll receive printed copies on the spot and a digital file by email. The digital file is suitable for online applications and future reprints.

We have extensive experience with infant and child passport photos. A parent or guardian must be present to assist during the session.

At a post office or booth, you typically get one or two frames taken under flat lighting with no selection. At TMD Studio, we use controlled studio lighting designed for even skin tone and clean shadow separation. We capture 20-50+ frames so you can choose the image you're most satisfied with - not just the one that happened to be taken. Every photo is printed on dye-sublimation, high-gloss or other relevant photographic papers as required by passport authorities worldwide.
