Compliance Guarantee
Every passport photo from TMD Studio is produced to meet the official passport photo guidelines of the relevant issuing country, including Australian Passport Office, ICAO, and other national standards for over 70 countries.
If your photo is rejected due to a technical compliance issue (size, background, print quality), we will reshoot or reprint at no charge.
We ask that you obtain the specific reason for rejection in writing from the issuing authority so we can address it accurately.
This guarantee does not cover rejections due to significant changes in appearance after the session (e.g. cosmetic procedures, hairstyle changes), or non-standard decisions made at the discretion of individual officers unrelated to the photograph itself

Each session is conducted under professional studio lighting. We capture 20–40+ frames so you can review and choose on the spot. You'll receive a printed set and a digital file by email — ready for both physical lodgement and online applications.

Includes setup, shooting, on-site review, and print output (could take between 30mins - 2hrs mostly). We don't rush - the goal is a photo you're genuinely satisfied with.

Avoid pure white tops, large earrings, or accessories that may obscure your face or jawline. Light, natural makeup is fine.

At TMD Studio, we use controlled studio lighting designed for even skin tone and clean shadow separation. We capture 20-50+ frames so you can choose the image you're most satisfied with - not just the one that happened to be taken. Every photo is printed on dye-sublimation, high-gloss or other relevant photographic papers as required by passport authorities worldwide.
