We offer passport and ID photo sizes for Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea, as well as specifications for nearly 70 countries worldwide. If your passport is not from Australia, New Zealand, or Korea, please contact us in advance so we can confirm the correct size and background requirements.
The $25 rate is a special price for booked clients who include passport or ID photos during another session.
If you only need passport or ID photos separately, the standalone rate is $70.
Most sessions take about 5–10 minutes, including setup and capture.
Choose solid, neutral-tone clothing that contrasts with the background. Avoid pure white tops, heavy makeup, or accessories that may obscure your face.
Yes. All photos are produced according to official photo guidelines.
If a photo is rejected for technical reasons, we’ll retake it at no extra charge.
Yes. Photos can be used for visa, job, or ID applications.
You’ll receive a digital image file by email, and if you need resizing or cropping to meet specific requirements, a small additional fee may apply.
Yes. You’ll receive digital files via email, and we also print copies on the spot.
Yes, we do. We have experience photographing babies and children for passport applications.
However, we do not provide an assistant, so a parent or guardian must assist during the session to help the child stay in position.
We’re often on location or in post-production, so spots can be limited.
If you don’t see a time that suits, please let us know and we’ll try to help. Bookings are essential. Walk-ins not accepted.
We don’t use one click machines, each image is taken under professional studio lighting, adjusted for tone and compliance, and delivered with same-day turnaround.
You’ll also receive a digital image file that can be used later for ID or job applications.
Unlike general retail shops that stay open all day just for passport photos, we’re a professional photo and film production studio.
Each passport or ID session is arranged specifically for you — meaning we prepare dedicated lighting, setup, and time in between larger productions.
While the difference may seem subtle, every detail, lighting, posture, and expression, is considered to ensure a photo you’ll feel proud to present even five or ten years from now.
Your session is done with top grade professional lighting that creates a calm, comfortable shooting experience.

Passport photos comply with international legal guidelines, while ID or job application photos may include subtle retouching on request for a more polished finish.
If you prefer to wait, most orders are ready within an hour.
You can also pick them up later at a convenient time.
If you need to collect outside regular studio hours, we can arrange access in advance.
Postal delivery is also available for an additional $5–10 shipping and handling fee.
